Where Legacy Meets the Greens
Golmuri Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs of Jamshedpur. Established in 1927 by European officials associated with the Tinplate Company of India, the Club officially opened on 10 December 1927 — initially as an exclusive European institution before gracefully opening its doors to Indians and Anglo-Indians in the 1930s.
Over the decades, the Club evolved into a premier social and sporting institution of the city, renowned for its lush ambience, colonial-era architecture, warm hospitality, and the celebrated Golmuri Golf Course — which began as a 9-hole layout in 1928 before expanding into a full 18-hole championship course.
